  1. Focus on Proper Alignment and Posture: Maintaining proper alignment and posture is fundamental in ballet. Pay attention to the placement of your head, shoulders, hips, and feet. Engage your core muscles to support your spine and keep your body aligned. Proper posture not only improves the aesthetics of your movements but also reduces the risk of injuries.
